These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the c444g online gaming platform, operated at c444g.cam ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

c444g offers online casino games, sports betting, live gaming and related entertainment content to players internationally, including users accessing the Platform from Pakistan. These Terms apply to all registered users regardless of their geographic location.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created on the Platform by an eligible individual.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus funds held in your Account, as displayed separately in the cashier section.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations or welcome offer amounts credited to your Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process required under the Platform's compliance obligations.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by you directly into your Account balance, excluding any Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered in qualifying games before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• "Platform" means the c444g website, mobile-optimised site and any associated gaming interfaces accessible via c444g.cam.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, promotional and account-related services offered through the Platform.
• "User", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on or uses the Platform.

To register and maintain an active Account on c444g, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or by applicable laws in your country of residence. Age verification will be enforced during KYC.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or nominee for any third party.
• You are not currently self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated gaming operator.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by c444g for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited and where the Platform has restricted access.
• You are using your own verified identity and payment methods — accounts held in names other than the verified account holder will be subject to investigation and potential closure.

c444g reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending resolution.

Account registration requires the submission of accurate personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. You warrant that all information provided at registration and during any subsequent update is truthful, current and complete. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Identity Verification Process

c444g may require identity verification at any point, including at registration, upon first withdrawal request or when unusual account activity is detected. The KYC process typically requires submission of one or more of the following:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — for Pakistani users, a valid CNIC (both sides) or a current passport bio-data page is the standard primary document.
• Proof of residential address — a recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within the last three months, displaying your full legal name and address.
• A selfie or liveness check as directed by the Platform's verification system.
• Proof of payment method ownership where required by anti-money laundering compliance checks.

4.2 Verification Timeframes

c444g will endeavour to process submitted KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe. During the verification period, withdrawal requests may be placed in a pending state. Users are encouraged to complete KYC proactively — prior to submitting a withdrawal — to avoid unnecessary delays.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have notified c444g of unauthorised access without delay upon becoming aware.

• You must keep your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential.
• c444g will never contact you requesting your password, one-time codes or full payment card details via email, live chat or any other channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• You may not transfer, sell or assign your Account or any credits held therein to any third party.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the device and network connection you use to access the Platform are sufficiently secured against unauthorised access.

All funds deposited into your c444g Account are for the sole purpose of gaming and entertainment activity on the Platform. c444g does not operate as a bank and does not pay interest on Account balances.

6.1 Deposit Methods

Payment methods available may include options familiar to Pakistani users such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast bank transfer, and accounts at HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. The listing of these payment names is contextual only — c444g does not represent that these providers endorse, affiliate with or facilitate gambling transactions, and current payment availability must be confirmed directly with the operator at the time of deposit.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own verified name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts will be displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction.
• c444g reserves the right to decline deposit methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the user. PKR (Pakistani Rupee) amounts shown on the Platform are indicative where displayed; actual conversion rates apply at the time of transaction.

6.3 Declined Transactions

If a deposit is declined, users should contact their payment provider in the first instance. c444g is not responsible for charges levied by payment institutions for attempted transactions.

c444g may offer promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome offers, reload bonuses, sports-specific promotions and cryptocurrency deposit incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general conditions set out in this section.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the specific offer) must be wagered in qualifying games before real-money withdrawal is permitted. For illustrative purposes:

• A PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30× rollover requires PKR 150,000 in qualifying wagers to be completed before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots may contribute at 100% while live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are published per promotion.

7.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not used or for which wagering requirements are not completed within the specified validity period (typically 14–30 days as stated per offer) will expire and be removed from the Account balance without notice or compensation.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

c444g actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to minimise variance while satisfying wagering requirements. Where such activity is identified, c444g reserves the right to void bonus funds, remove associated winnings and restrict future promotional eligibility.

Withdrawal of Real Money Funds from your Account is subject to the following conditions being met in full:

• Your identity verification (KYC) must be completed to the satisfaction of the c444g compliance team.
• Your Account must be in good standing with no outstanding investigations, security holds or policy breaches.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be satisfied prior to withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
• Withdrawal requests must be submitted to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where operationally feasible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per method and per transaction period. These are displayed in the cashier at the time of the request.

8.1 Processing Times

c444g does not guarantee specific processing times for withdrawal requests. Processing duration is subject to KYC status, payment method, volume of pending requests and compliance review requirements. No guaranteed payout timelines are stated in these Terms. 8.2 Withdrawal Refusals

c444g reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity mismatch, unfulfilled wagering requirements or breach of these Terms. Users will be notified of the reason where it is permissible to disclose.

All sports betting, casino gaming and live gaming activity on c444g is subject to the specific rules published for each product category, in addition to these general Terms. By placing a wager, you confirm acceptance of the applicable product rules.

9.1 Sports Betting

• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.
• Once a bet is accepted, its odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movements.
• c444g reserves the right to void bets placed after the relevant event has concluded or where a technical or data error has affected the displayed odds.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, bilateral series and domestic competitions — are subject to additional specific rules published in the sportsbook section.

9.2 Casino & Live Games

• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live game mechanics, as applicable to each product.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server record, not the client-side display.
• RTP (Return to Player) information is available for applicable game titles within the game information panel.

9.3 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, malfunction or manifest pricing error, c444g reserves the right to void the relevant transactions and return stakes to the affected account. c444g's determination of the correct resolution in error scenarios is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the c444g Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension or permanent closure:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC or account use.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or algorithmic tools to interact with the Platform without express written permission.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing or coordinated betting activity intended to manipulate game or market outcomes.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Allowing or permitting minors (persons under 18 or the applicable higher minimum age) to access your Account or place wagers.
• Circumventing geographic restrictions through VPN, proxy or IP-masking technologies where such restrictions apply.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing c444g staff or other users through any communication channel.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, c444g will take appropriate action, which may include account closure, forfeiture of balance, withholding of pending withdrawals and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

c444g is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy, coping mechanism or source of harm. The following tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and may only be reduced immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds for defined time periods to prevent exceeding your intended budget.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a short, defined period (for example, 24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once active, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the c444g Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, trademarks and interface design — is the intellectual property of c444g or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written authorisation from c444g.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c444g shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruption or technical malfunction.

c444g's total aggregate liability to any individual user for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that user in the 30-day period preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

c444g collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is processed for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, responsible gambling monitoring and, where applicable, marketing communications to which you have opted in.

c444g reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform, registered email address or a prominent site notice prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

The version date shown at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last substantively updated. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which c444g holds its operating licence, as published separately by the operator. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
